
Orthopedic Research and Testing
The RIH Orthopaedic Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and A2LA ISO 17025 accredited (Cert. # 2278.01) orthopedic research and testing facility. Uniquely positioned between the academic and industrial sectors, RIHOF fosters collaboration between biomechanical researchers and medical device manufacturers. Additionally, RIHOF provides educational and research opportunities for medical professionals through its partnership with the Brown University Orthopedic Residency Program. With integrated bioskills and mechanical testing labs, RIHOF supports a wide array of projects including:
